PROJECT DECRIPTION
Horizon Science at McKinley Park is IL State approved charter school in Chicago, IL. Quality Builders of Midwest, Inc has interior built-out of a new K-8 charter school per plan and specification. The existing offices and warehouse building was over 50 years old and unoccupied by the tenant. The project required major construction with additions, renovations and design/build to both interior and exterior.

In order to provide adequate height for the gym renovation, the existing roof and wood trusses needed to be raised approximately ten feet for phase-II. Quality Builders of Midwest Team successfully completed with detail planning and limited site access and a tight construction schedule.
