HSA Southwest Chicago is CPS approved K-8 charter school in Chicago, IL. This project consisted renovating a former office space and factory according to current CPS specifications. Quality Builders of Midwest, Inc has been provided to building modifications were necessary for glazing and exterior finishes to be built. In addition new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, interior finishes were specified by owner. Quality Builders of Midwest, Inc. completed this project on time and under budget despite complicated finishes and existing conditions to overcome.
